Briefing
You tell us what you need: the service, the genre, what you've already tried, what isn't working. The more context, the sharper the proposal — but if you're not sure exactly which service is right, that's fine: describe the problem the track has, and the technical analysis in the next step figures that out for you.
Analysis and proposal
The material is listened to carefully before any number gets proposed. There's no fixed price table per minute of audio — the quote reflects the real complexity of what the track needs: number of stems, the state of the mix received, whether the goal is streaming, club, or both. You get scope, timeline, and price before deciding anything.
Contract and initial payment
Accepting the contract and confirming 50% of the payment puts the project in the production queue. No work starts before that — it's what guarantees that once your track enters production, it gets full attention, with no parallel queue of "projects that might not close."
Sending the files
As soon as the contract is digitally signed, you automatically receive the Technical Delivery Guide — formats, export point, file naming, everything your track needs to arrive ready. A file outside spec doesn't stop the work from starting, but it does stop the deadline clock — which is why the guide arrives right on time: so the clock starts running as soon as possible.
Production
The track is listened to in full before any processing is applied. There's no fixed chain used out of habit — every decision comes from what that specific track needs. When something in the material raises a technical question (a clipped file, an ambiguous reference, an out-of-phase element), we reach out before any irreversible decision is made — not after.
Revisions and approval
Two rounds included in every contracted stage. One round gathers all the requested adjustments into a single organized round of feedback — not scattered back-and-forth messages. Every revision logs what changed and why, so you're never left wondering whether a request was addressed or forgotten. As soon as the sample is approved, the remaining balance is charged to release the final delivery.
Final delivery
Release of the final files in every contracted format, after confirming payment of the remaining balance, charged as soon as the sample is approved. Delivery follows the technical formats agreed for the service — high-resolution WAV (24-bit, at the project's original sample rate) as standard, with service-specific variations (e.g., MP3 320kbps for listening, streaming and club/DJ versions on mastering). Material stays stored for 90 days after delivery — after that, backup becomes your responsibility (we strongly recommend saving the files as soon as they arrive).

What is Stem Mastering, and how is it different from regular mastering?
Stereo mastering works on top of the final, already-mixed file. Stem Mastering goes a step further: the track arrives split into groups — with Kick, Bass, and Snare always treated individually — allowing adjustments that stereo alone can't reach with the same precision. It's the right path when a specific problem persists even after trying to fix it in stereo mastering: leads with no presence, kick and bass that don't sit together, an overall lack of depth in the track.
How long does it take?
Mixing: up to 7 business days. Mastering: up to 3 business days. Mixing and Mastering: up to 10 business days. Stem Mastering: set in the proposal, based on the complexity of the material. The clock starts only after files are validated, the contract is accepted, and the initial payment is confirmed.
Do I need mixing, mastering, or both?
If the mix is already balanced and the goal is to finish it, stereo mastering does the job. If the track still needs element-by-element work — kick and bass that don't sit together, vocals out of place, an overall lack of definition — the path is mixing (or the full package). If you're not sure, say so in the briefing; the analysis points to the right path, even if it's the cheaper of the two.
What if I don't have separate stems, just the finished mix?
No problem — that's exactly the use case for stereo mastering, which works on top of the final file without needing the individual elements.
I need it urgently — can it be sped up?
Yes. Any deadline shorter than the standard timeline for the contracted service counts as urgent, with a 50% surcharge on the quote, subject to schedule availability.
What happens if I don't like the result?
The two revision rounds exist exactly for that — adjustments within the approved scope don't generate extra cost. A complete change in artistic direction (a new reference, a different arrangement) falls outside the revision scope and becomes a new quote, because it's effectively a different project.
Are the files kept after delivery?
For 90 days. After that, backup becomes the client's responsibility — we recommend saving the final files as soon as they arrive.
