1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing reeltoreelaudio.com and/or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
2. Description of services
Reel to Reel provides professional mixing, mastering, and stem mastering services for musical tracks, contracted individually based on scope, timeline, and price defined in a quote and formalized in a specific service agreement signed between the parties.
These Terms of Use govern the use of the site and the quote-request flow. The specific commercial terms of each project (price, timeline, payment method, revisions) are governed by the Service Agreement signed for each case.
3. Requesting a quote
By filling out the quote request form, you declare that the information provided (including the track link) is truthful and that you hold the necessary rights over the submitted material to have it evaluated by us.
4. Submitted material and intellectual property
- You declare that you hold the copyright to the submitted work, or have valid authorization from the rights holders to submit it for mixing/mastering services.
- Reel to Reel does not claim, under any circumstance, copyright over the compositions, recordings, or works submitted by the client.
- The service provided (the technical mixing/mastering work) is authored by Reel to Reel as a technical service, but the rights to the final musical work remain entirely with the client, except as otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
5. Responsibility for submitted content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the submitted material does not infringe third-party copyright, does not contain illegal content, and that you hold all necessary authorizations (including, where applicable, sample clearance). Reel to Reel is not responsible for any copyright disputes related to material submitted by the client.
6. Payment, timelines, and cancellation
The specific terms for payment, delivery timeline, and cancellation policy are set out in the Service Agreement signed for each project, and prevail over any generic provision in these Terms in case of conflict.
7. Limitation of liability
Reel to Reel makes its best technical efforts in providing the services but does not guarantee commercial outcomes (e.g., a track's performance on streaming platforms, acceptance by labels or distributors). Our liability is limited to performing the service as per the contracted scope.
