This Privacy Policy describes how Reel to Reel ("we," "the studio") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data from visitors of reeltoreelaudio.com and clients who contract our mixing, mastering, and stem mastering services, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
2. Who is the data controller
Reel to Reel, represented by Josimar Cabral (operating under the Avila Vogel brand), an individual (sole proprietor), based in Barra Velha, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is the controller of personal data processed through this site and the contracted services.

3. What data we collect
3.1 Data you provide directly
- Name or artist name
- Link to the track for evaluation (e.g., a private streaming link or file)
- Genre/subgenre and commercial references (optional)
- Desired turnaround time (optional)
- Data for the service contract: full name, ID/tax number, and address, once a quote is approved
- The audio files (stems and tracks) submitted for production of the contracted service
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser) collected by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) for site security and performance purposes
4. How we use your data
- Evaluate your quote request and prepare a commercial proposal
- Generate the service agreement, once a quote is approved
- Perform the contracted mixing/mastering/stem mastering service
- Send operational communications related to your project (confirmations, status updates, file delivery) by email
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
5. Legal basis for processing
Processing of the data described in this policy is based, as applicable, on:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual procedures (art. 7, V, LGPD) — for quote, contract, and production data
- Consent of the data subject (art. 7, I, LGPD) — for non-strictly operational communications, when applicable
- Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (art. 7, II, LGPD) — for tax-related data
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers that operate the studio's technical infrastructure, strictly to enable the contracted services:
- Cloudflare (United States/global network) — site hosting, database, and file storage
- Resend (transactional email delivery) — confirmations and notifications about your project
7. Storage, security, and retention
Audio files and project data are stored in a cloud environment with access controls. Data and files (including stems) are kept for up to 6 (six) months after final project delivery, after which they are deleted, except for data that must be retained longer due to legal or tax obligations.
8. Your rights as a data subject
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request, by contacting studio@reeltoreelaudio.com:
- Confirmation that processing exists and access to your data
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law
- Portability of your data to another provider
- Deletion of data processed based on consent
- Withdrawal of consent, when applicable
