- Availability and feasibility check for the requested deadline.
- Priority in the production queue.
- File validation with the same technical rigor as the standard service.
- Priority communication throughout the project.
A request is considered urgent whenever the completion deadline is shorter than the standard turnaround for the contracted service (Mixing: 7 business days · Mastering: 3 business days · Mixing + Mastering: 10 business days). Urgent services are subject to schedule availability and a 50% surcharge on the quoted price — a condition already set out in the contract.
- Complete files, within the technical spec of the main service.
- All instructions and references sent along with the request, to avoid delays.
- Subject to availability — confirm before completing payment.
- The rush fee is a single flat rate (50%); there are no separate tiers by day.
- Revisions still count toward the timeline as normal; they can extend delivery even on a rush order.
